Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of tehgee.dk and services provided by Ali Al-Benaian (TehGee), Aarhus, Denmark.

TehGee offers custom application development, security consulting, AI & automation solutions, and WordPress/CMS services. Specific project terms are agreed individually and documented in separate project agreements.

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT unless specified. Final pricing is agreed in writing before project start.

Payment terms are agreed per project. Standard payment deadline is 14 days from invoice date. Late payments incur interest in accordance with Danish interest law.

Delivery timelines are agreed individually. TehGee strives to meet agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Upon full payment, ownership of developed materials transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed. TehGee reserves the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless the client objects in writing.

TehGee is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of business. Total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the relevant service.

Both parties commit to treating confidential information as confidential, both during and after the collaboration.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled at the Court of Aarhus.
